How great to see some Grapevine members at these forthcoming event:
First, we have one of those amazing giant Paella events with the massive pans of Paella:
On the 9/10/11 is going to be a Paella a “L’Ermita del Remei” This is between Castell d’Aro and S’Agaró.
APLEC DEL REMEI (Aplec is a sardanas festival)
11.00am Misa (Mass) (if some people are religious)
Sardanes (after)
14.00pm Paella for 1000 people at 3.00€ per person. (This price is because the councill pay most of it).
It is advice to be there by 12.00. noon, to be able to have a table, or the other option is to bring their own table. If people arrive on time, they will be able to see the cooking process. People must take their own plates, cutlery, glasses and the sort. Drinks, dessert and started (if they would like it) also. It will be some drinks for sale (but not many). So, also bring your own extra bread, snacks, soft drinks, booze …..
HOW TO GET THERE:
FROM GIRONA SOUTH (half an hour’s travelling time approx.)
Take the C65 direction Sant Feliu de Guixols until you arrive at Sant Feliu de Guixols Nord/Castell d’Aro/S’Agaró. Take the road towards Sant Feliu/S’Agaró. El Remei is 500metres on your left.
